Packs seem to take too long to download

Hello. It seems to me that most or all packs included in the subscription take way long to download taking in consideration that most packages are between 100-150 MB, when compared to any other download on my iPad.
Is this an issue that have been noticed by anyone else?

Louis: I’m out of my home in this moment. The internet download speed just marked around 61Mbps where I’m currently at and it took 3mins:18s to download the Scratch Beats Vol.2 pack (89 MB large). I also just downloaded a 100 MB test file from testdownloadfile.com and it only took 54 seconds. 54 seconds VS 3m18s of rather similar sizes. What do you believe might be the issue?
