Thanks for reporting this — it does sound like a possible bug. If the key of the pack resets or changes each time you open it, it’s definitely not the expected behavior.

Could you let us know:

Which device and platform you’re using (Android, iOS, etc.)?

If this happens with all packs or just specific ones?
