Midi Load behavior/pre-select midi connections...

Remixlive helpfully loads all midi connections at startup. Unfortunately, this causes crashes since there are a LOT of midi connections in my setup: a three-channel interface for hardware, a DJ controller, two hard synths and a drum machine on my iPad. Only one of these, a Launchpad, is actually relevant to the app; the other are hardware devices and controllers for softsynths. Can devices be blocked from loading in the setting?

Thanks for your very detailed feedback, we'll be looking into it closely.

One way to do this with minimal impact on overall functionality is to create a preference for "ask permission to connect with midi devices." When selected, midi devices would not auto connect, but a dialogue box would ask: "connect" or "refuse." Even better, a third option for "always refuse device."
Alternatively, there could be a midi device blacklist so that unwanted connections are not made.
As I'm using more midi (too much!), the routing is getting more and more complex to limit the impact on Remixlive. Even other apps connect to it.
This has started to cause show-stopping crash/freezes, please consider this simple remedy!
