When I record, I usually record live using midi player, would be nice if were easier way to fix beat slightly out of sync, or smoother transitions when alternating beats. Intro or Ending

I've recently noticed that my beats are out of sync and I don't know how to reset them. I don't know if I've accidentally switched something off or on or what have you so I'd like to know how to go about doing that too...
