Same issue with me. Trying to make a custom mix of my own loops exported from Ableton. The loops shall be specific file type and specific bit rate. There is info in the remixlive manual, however hard to find out what file type is best to avoid the mentioned bugs. Will wait for newer version of remixlive, because the current one can not play other loops than the "stock" ones.
